You need to tell Windows to allow your app to open more by adding
    the line:

        SetHandleCount( <nHandles> )

    where <nHandles> is the number you need.

    Be sure to check whether you are (or should be) using SHARE, and
    that you have big enough /F:nnn and /L:nnn values.
