 Status gauge functions

     GaugeNew( <nRowTop>, <nColumnTop>, <nRowBottom>, <nColumnBottom>,
        [<cBackgroundColor>],
        [<cGaugeColor>],
        [<cGaugeCharacter>] ) --> aGauge

     Create a new gauge array.

     GaugeDisplay( <aGauge> ) --> aGauge

     Display a gauge array to the screen.

     GaugeUpdate( <aGauge>, <nPercent> ) --> aGauge

     Updates a gauge with a new progress value and redisplays the gauge to
     the screen to the screen.
