BOOTWARM()
Syntax: BOOTWARM()
Usage: The system can be restarted with BOOTWARM() after detection
of a serious error, or in order to allow changes in CONFIG.SYS
or AUTOEXEC.BAT introduced into the program to become effective.
It is similar to BOOTCOLD() but no RAM test is initiated.
Notes: All files should be closed, for example with CLOSE
DATABASES, before issuing the booting process. The
BOOTWARM() function corresponds to a restart with a
<Ctrl>-<Alt>-<Del> on the keyboard.
