Check if the value is a Hexal  Number

 Syntax

        ISHEXA(<cN>) -><cNr>  

 Arguments

        <cN>   STRING TO BE CHECKED    

 Returns

        <cNr>   .T. IF THE STRING IS HEXA;otherwise .F.    

 Description

      check if the passed string is a hexa number or not
