Function Returns the window-relative row of the EOS marker.
Syntax unsigned char weosr(void);
Remarks Operates on the currently written screen. The upper left
corner of the window is (1,1).
Return value weosr returns an unsigned char between 1 and 255.
Screens All video pages and virtual screens.
